Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and safety precautions for coal asphalt road construction oil. This standard applies to coal asphalt road construction oil prepared from asphalt obtained by distillation of high-temperature coal tar and diluent oil. Mainly used as paving adhesive. It can also be used to prepare carbon black raw materials, waterproof and anti-corrosion coatings, etc.
