本规范规定了通信用高频开关电源设备、通信用阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池设备、通信用不间断电源设备抗地震性能检测的技术性能检测项目、指标要求、检测方法和评估方法。本规范适用于进入抗震设防烈度为7～9度地区的通信用高频开关电源设备、通信用阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池设备、通信用不间断电源设备（UPS）的抗地震通信技术性能的考核和评定，其他类型开关电源设备、蓄电池设备及不间断电源设备可参照本规范执行。

Scope

This specification applies to the anti-seismic communication technical performance of high-frequency switching power supply equipment for communications, valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery equipment for communications, and uninterruptible power supply equipment (UPS) for communications that enter areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 to 9 degrees. For assessment and evaluation, other types of switching power supply equipment, battery equipment and uninterruptible power supply equipment may refer to this specification.
