本标准规定了电信数据中心电源系统的组成、分级、外市电系统、高压配电系统、变压器、低压配电系统、自备发电机系统、交流不间断供电系统、直流电源系统、蓄电池组、预装式供电系统、高压输电系统危险影响防护、防雷与接地系统、动力及环境监控管理系统、自动控制要求等。
本标准适用于电信数据中心电源系统，信息系统机房、数据网设备机房、核心网设备机房等的电源系统也可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the composition, classification, external mains power system, high-voltage power distribution system, transformer, low-voltage power distribution system, self-contained generator system, AC uninterruptible power supply system, DC power supply system, battery pack, Prefabricated power supply system, high-voltage transmission system hazard impact protection, lightning protection and grounding system, power and environmental monitoring and management system, automatic control requirements, etc. This standard applies to the power supply system of telecommunications data centers.
