本标准适用于移动用户以HTTP为一种基本的可靠下载方法实现业务的空中下载。使用其它下载协议的空中下载也可参照本标准。
Scope
This standard defines the business process when a client downloads media objects on a server through the air interface, and specifies the overall technical and functional requirements, protocols and interface requirements for the over-the-air download business. This standard applies to mobile users using HTTP as a basic reliable download method to achieve over-the-air downloading of services. Over-the-air downloads using other download protocols may also refer to this standard.
