This standard specifies the principles and technical requirements for the interface (A interface) between the mobile service switching center and the base station subsystem of the 900/1800MHz TDMA digital cellular mobile communication network. This standard applies to 900/1800MHz digital peak mobile communication systems using TDMA technology.
