Introduction

Background of standard technology evolution

This standard was upgraded from the original DB/42-2011 to YJ/T 2-2011, and the responsible unit was adjusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Emergency Management and Disaster Reduction and Relief (SAC/TC 307), marking the in-depth integration of my country's earthquake rescue equipment detection system and emergency management system.

Innovative testing methods

Dynamic pressure retention test

Standard clause 6.9 requires simulating a power interruption scenario: disconnect the oil pipe after reaching the maximum expansion force, and maintain a displacement of no more than 3mm for 9 minutes. This test directly verifies the reliability of the tool under extreme working conditions.

Temperature adaptability verification

Through the extreme temperature cycle test from -30℃ to 55℃ (clause 6.1), the tool is required to complete 5 complete operation cycles after a sudden temperature change, ensuring its applicability in polar/high temperature rescue scenarios.

Implementation recommendations

  1. Periodic testing: Full-item testing must be performed every year or after 100 hours of work (Clause 4.2.1)
  2. Document integrity: The inspection must include a complete tool force-displacement characteristic curve (Appendix A)
  3. Environmental control: The temperature during testing should be controlled within the range of 10-35°C (Clause 4.2.3)
  4. Data traceability: It is recommended to establish an expansion force/tension force database covering all test positions
