本标准适用于以含锡99.90%及以上的精锡为原料经电解等工艺制得的纯度不小于99.999%的锡;以Sn-05锡为原料经直拉单晶提纯等工艺制得的纯度不小于99.9999 %及99.99999%的锡。产品供制备高纯合金、化合物半导体、超导材料、焊料以及化合物半导体的掺杂剂、氧化铟锡靶材(ITO)等。


Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and contract (or order) content for high-purity tin. This standard applies to tin with a purity of not less than 99.999% produced from refined tin containing 99.90% or more tin as raw material through electrolysis and other processes; to tin with a purity of not less than 99.999% produced from Sn-05 tin as raw material through Czochralski single crystal purification and other processes. Not less than 99.999 9% and 99.999 99% tin. Products are used to prepare high-purity alloys, compound semiconductors, superconducting materials, solders, dopants for compound semiconductors, indium tin oxide targets (ITO), etc.
