Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of trace element content in high-purity rhenium. The measured elements are shown in Table 1. This standard is applicable to the determination of trace element content in high-purity rhenium. The measurement range of each element is as follows: the measurement range of sulfur, selenium and mercury elements is 50 μg/kg~5 000 μg/kg, and the measurement range of other elements is 5 μg/kg~5 000 μg/kg.
