Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of trace impurity elements in high-purity copper. The measured elements are shown in Table 1. This standard is applicable to the determination of trace impurity element content in high-purity copper. The measurement range of each element is as follows: the measurement range of sulfur and selenium elements is 10 μg/kg~5 000 μg/kg, and the measurement range of other elements is 1 μg/kg~5 000 μg/kg.
