Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and instructions for use of ophthalmic A-type ultrasonic measuring instruments. This standard applies to ophthalmic ultrasonic measuring instruments using A-type display (hereinafter referred to as "measuring instruments"). This product is mainly used for the measurement of ophthalmic corneal thickness and axial length.
