Technology evolution analysis
This standard includes the oral curved body layer function of the cone-beam CBCT device for the first time, reflecting the trend of technological integration. Compared with traditional mechanical scanning panoramic machines, digital detector technology improves the dose indication accuracy to within ±50%, and requires DAP (dose area product) monitoring function.
Implementation points
Focus layer test case
When using the positioning module in Appendix B.1, the five-point method is required to determine the focus layer:
1. Initially place five steel ball modules on the estimated trajectory
2. Adjust the position so that the DI of the third steel ball is ≈ 1
3. Rotate the module to align the steel ball images vertically
Safety and compliance requirements
- The laser positioning light must comply with the 2M category limit of GB 7247.1
- Environmental testing is carried out in accordance with YY/T 0291, with a focus on 5.4.4 low contrast indicators
- Network communication must support the DICOM 3.0 standard
