Scope

This standard stipulates the composition of the power dispatch automation system and the operation management, inspection management, and technical management of the equipment. It also stipulates the division of responsibilities of the operation management and maintenance departments of the power dispatch automation system at all levels and the management of data transmission channels. This standard applies to all dispatching, operation, maintenance, design, manufacturing, construction units and power generation enterprises of the power system.
