Introduction

Standard Evolution and Technology Update

This standard replaces GB/T 10404-2007. The main technical changes include:

  • Added a new parameter for rated voltage 6/2V combination
  • Clarified the criterion for determining the direction of rotation (from the perspective of the shaft extension end)
  • The electrical schematic diagram was changed to a circuit diagram and an output voltage equation
  • Added specific requirements for environmental tests such as vibration and salt spray

Core parameter system

Parameter TypeXFD/XFS TransmitterXBD/XBS Transformer
Rated Frequency (Hz)400/1000/2000
Pole pairs4-128 (16 specifications)
Rated voltage (V)36/26/612/6

Application case: 70-base XFS dual-channel resolver in CNC machine tools, when the precision machine pole pair number is 16P, the electrical error requirement is ≤15"

Accuracy classification system

Machine modelPole pairsAllowable electrical error
Level 0Level ILevel II
Precision machine≤84.5"1'30"3'
≥643"5"10"
Rough machine4-12820'-30'

Key technical requirements

Zero voltage: Rough machine ≤0.5% maximum output voltage, fine machine ≤0.3%

Insulation resistance: Normal temperature ≥50MΩ, high temperature ≥10MΩ, wet heat ≥1MΩ

Life test: 2000 hours (1150±50r/min)

Implementation suggestions

  1. Pay attention to the matching relationship between the number of pole pairs and the accuracy grade when selecting
  2. Ensure that the radial runout of the shaft extension is ≤0.02mm during installation
  3. A phase-sensitive voltmeter (input impedance>500kΩ) is required for electrical error detection
  4. The electrical error is allowed to increase by 1.25-1.5 times after environmental testing
