本标准规定了各类罐头食品的分类范畴。本标准适用于将符合要求的原料经处理、分癣修整、烹调（或不经烹调）、装罐（包括马口铁罐、玻璃罐、复合薄膜袋或其他包装材料容器）、密封、杀菌、冷却而制成的具有一定真空度的所有罐头食品。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification scope of various canned foods. This standard is applicable to the processing, sorting, trimming, cooking (or uncooking), canning (including tinplate cans, glass jars, composite film bags or other packaging material containers), sealing, sterilization and cooling of qualified raw materials. All canned foods made with a certain degree of vacuum.
