《GB/T 11964-2008石油沥青蒸发损失测定法》由TC280（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会）归口，TC280SC4（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油沥青分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本部分规定了氧化铝生产（包括烧结法和联合法）粗液脱硅系统的热平衡测定与计算基准、测定条件、测定项目及测定计算方法。
本部分适用于氧化铝生产蒸汽直接加热、连续或间断脱硅系统的热平衡测定和计算。 本部分代替ＹＳ／Ｔ１１９．６―１９９２《氧化铝生产专用设备　热平衡测定与计算方法（脱硅机）》。
本部分是对ＹＳ／Ｔ１１９．６―１９９２《氧化铝生产专用设备　热平衡测定与计算方法（脱硅机）》的修订。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the change in mass (excluding water) of petroleum asphalt when heated under specified conditions. This standard applies to petroleum asphalt. This standard does not involve safety regulations related to use, and it is the responsibility of standard users to formulate appropriate safety application regulations before use.
