本标准规定了中国标准录音制品编码的结构和显示方式,旨在为每一录音制品和音乐录像制品或
每一可独立使用的曲目篇节提供唯一标识。
本标准适用于在中国标准录音制品编码管理机构登记的录音制品和音乐录像制品制作者所录制的录音制品和音乐录像制品。
本标准规定的中国标准录音制品编码与录音制品和音乐录像制品的载体无关。
本标准规定的中国标准录音制品编码不适用于音乐录像制品之外的其他录像制品。

Scope

This standard specifies the structure and display method of the Chinese standard phonogram code, aiming to provide a unique identification for each phonogram and music video product or each independently usable repertoire section. This standard applies to sound recordings and music video recordings recorded by producers of sound recordings and music video recordings registered with the China Standard Recording Product Coding Management Agency. The codes of Chinese standard sound recordings stipulated in this standard have nothing to do with the carriers of sound recordings and music video products. The Chinese standard sound recording product code specified in this standard is not applicable to other video products except music video products.
