《GB/T 13451.2-1992着色颜料相对着色力和白色颜料相对散射力的测定光度计法》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用光度计法测定两个同一类型着色颜料相对着色力和两个同一类型白色颜料相对散射力的通用试验方法。当本通用方法不适用于某特定产品时，应规定一个专用方法测定着色颜料的相对着色力和白色颜料的相对散射力。

Scope

This standard specifies the general test method for measuring the relative tinting power of two same type of colored pigments and the relative scattering power of two same type of white pigments by photometer method. When this general method is not applicable to a particular product, a specific method shall be specified for the determination of the relative tinting power of colored pigments and the relative scattering power of white pigments.
