Scope

This standard applies to open cycle gas turbine power plants using gaseous and/or liquid fuel combustion systems, and also applies to closed cycle and semi-closed cycle gas turbine power plants. And suitable for gas turbines in combined cycle power plants or gas turbines connected to other heat recovery systems. For gas turbines using free-piston gas generators or special heat sources (such as chemical process synthesis gas, blast furnace gas), this standard can be used as a basis, but appropriate modifications are required. This standard also applies to the acceptance tests of gas turbines with emission control and/or power augmentation devices based on fluid injection and/or intake air treatment, if the scope of the supply contract for testing includes such systems , the test procedure takes these systems into account. Depending on the purpose of the test, there are many different situations for comparative tests. This standard can also be used to verify the comparative test of the performance difference of the gas turbine, mainly used for the test before and after the modification, upgrade or overhaul, but there is no special mention of these contents. This standard also includes the determination of the following performance parameters, and corrected to the reference conditions: a) Electrical power or mechanical power (exhaust power, if only gas is supplied); b) Thermal efficiency or heat rate; c) Turbine exhaust energy (available exhaust Air temperature and flow instead). All other performance parameters specified in the contract between the equipment supplier and the purchaser shall be considered accordingly in the specific test procedures and the supplier's standard manufacturing test procedures. This standard specifies the preparation and execution of gas turbine performance tests, describes the measurement methods, related instruments and their calibration, and defines the gas turbine operating conditions, boundary conditions and their limits, and standard conditions (3.9). If no other conditions are determined at the time of purchase, the standard conditions shall be used as reference conditions. This standard also includes measurement data recording and processing, test result calculation and correction, and test result uncertainty calculation. This standard does not address test tolerances, because they are commercial terms and are not based on statistical analysis of measurement results. The method of using tolerances needs to be stipulated in the contract to verify whether the test results meet the guaranteed values. For optional tests to determine exhaust energy and/or flow, since these final values are determined based on the energy balance of the gas turbine, the key parameters in the energy balance should be limited within the limits specified in this standard to minimize uncertainty Spend. This standard does not apply to: a) emission test; b) noise test; c) vibration test; d) performance of specific components of the gas turbine; performance; f) tests carried out for research and development purposes; g) adequacy of basic protective devices; h) control system and protection system performance; i) operating characteristics (starting characteristics, reliability tests, etc.). 1 GB/T14100—2016/ISO2314:2009
