本标准规定了地图印刷的基本原则、印刷原图接收和检查要求、工艺设计的要求以及印前、印刷、印后加工各工序的作业规范和质量要求。
本标准适用于国家基本比例尺地图、普通地图以及专题地图（包括地图集、册）等的印刷。
Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles of map printing, the requirements for receiving and checking original printing drawings, the requirements for process design, and the operation specifications and quality requirements for each process of pre-press, printing and post-press processing. This standard applies to the printing of national basic scale maps, general maps and thematic maps (including atlases and booklets).
