《GB/T 14574-2000声学 机器和设备噪声发射值的标示和验证》由TC17（全国声学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国科学院。
本标准规定了有关机器和设备的下列内容：――噪声发射值的标示；――技术文件中应提供产品的噪声发射值和与产品有关的声学信息；――说明了噪声发射值的验证方法。本标准使用的噪声发射标示值可分为单值噪声发射标示值Ld或双值噪声发射标示值L和K。L是直接测量的噪声发射值，K是与测量有关的不确定度，Ld为L与K之和，由重复测量得到的置信度范围内不可能超过的上限值，Ld对应于GB/T14573.1中定义的Lc标牌值。

Scope
