《GB/T 14574-2000声学 机器和设备噪声发射值的标示和验证》由TC17(全国声学标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国科学院。
本标准规定了有关机器和设备的下列内容:――噪声发射值的标示;――技术文件中应提供产品的噪声发射值和与产品有关的声学信息;――说明了噪声发射值的验证方法。本标准使用的噪声发射标示值可分为单值噪声发射标示值Ld或双值噪声发射标示值L和K。L是直接测量的噪声发射值,K是与测量有关的不确定度,Ld为L与K之和,由重复测量得到的置信度范围内不可能超过的上限值,Ld对应于GB/T14573.1中定义的Lc标牌值。


Scope

This standard stipulates the following contents related to machines and equipment: - the labeling of noise emission values; - the noise emission values of products and the acoustic information related to products shall be provided in technical documents; - the verification method of noise emission values shall be described . The marked value of noise emission used in this standard can be divided into single-valued noise emission marked value Ld or double-valued noise emission marked value L and KoL is the noise emission value of direct measurement, K is the uncertainty related to the measurement, Ld is L and The sum of K, the upper limit value that cannot be exceeded within the confidence range obtained by repeated measurements, and Ld corresponds to the Lc label value defined in GB/T 14573.1. The noise emission value has single-value or double-value representation, which can be a single A-weighted sound power level value LWA or A-weighted emission sound pressure level LpA or C-weighted peak emission sound pressure level LpC at a specified position, peak three One of them said. It is also possible to use the above three quantities to express simultaneously. Once selected, the K value in the relevant test procedures is determined. Appendix A gives the method for determining the marked value of noise emission.
