《GB/T 14837.2-2014橡胶和橡胶制品 热重分析法测定硫化胶和未硫化胶的成分 第2部分:丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶和卤化丁基橡胶》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC2(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
1.1 GB/T14837的本部分规定了使用热重分析仪测定裂解时形成含碳质残余物的硫化胶和未硫化胶
(见1.2)中的总有机物含量、炭黑含量、碳质残余物含量和灰分等组分含量的方法。其中300 ℃左右的
质量损失为胶料中挥发性物质含量的近似值。
1.2 本部分适用于测定 GB/T14837.1涵盖的烃类聚合物橡胶胶料和硫化胶,以及下列带极性基团、热
解后形成碳质残余物的橡胶:
a) 丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBRs);
b) 羧基丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(XNBRs);
c) 氢化丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(HNBRs);
d) 氯化异丁烯-异戊二烯橡胶(CIIRs);
e) 溴化异丁烯-异戊二烯橡胶(BIIRs)。
注1:若预先验证过本方法适用于含有类似组分的已知胶料和硫化胶,则本方法适用范围可以扩大到除本部分规定
以外的其他胶料的分析。
注2:本部分不适用于含碳酸盐或水合氧化铝等矿物填料的聚合物,这些填料在25 ℃~800 ℃之间会发生分解。
若一定要使用,应根据填料特性进行适当的校正。
注3:本部分不适用于以下硫化胶和未硫化胶中的总聚合物含量测定:按ISO1407不能完全去除非橡胶有机成分
的硫化胶和未硫化胶。
Scope
This part of GB/T 14837 specifies the determination of the total organic content, carbon black content, carbonaceous residue content and Method of component content such as ash. Among them, the mass loss at about 300 °C is an approximate value of the volatile substance content in the rubber compound. This part is applicable to the determination of hydrocarbon polymer rubber compounds and vulcanizates covered by GB/T 14837.1, as well as the following rubbers with polar groups that form carbonaceous residues after pyrolysis: a) Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBRs); b) carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubbers (XNBRs); c) hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubbers (HNBRs); d) chlorinated isobutylene-isoprene rubbers (CIIRs); e) bromine isobutylene-isoprene rubbers (BIIRs).
