《GB/T 14846-2008铝及铝合金挤压型材尺寸偏差》由TC243（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会）归口，TC243SC1（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会）执行，主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了铝及铝合金挤压型材尺寸偏差。它包括型材的横截面线形尺寸偏差、横截面角度偏差、倒角半径、圆角半径偏差、曲面间隙、弯曲度、平面间隙、扭拧度、切斜度、长度偏差等内容。本标准适用于铝及铝合金挤压型材。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４８４６―１９９３《铝及铝合金挤压型材尺寸偏差》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４８４６―１９９３相比，主要变化如下：
―――本标准将型材划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两类；
―――本标准的横截面尺寸偏差指标体系参考ＥＮ７５５．９：２００１重新编制。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the dimensional tolerances of aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded profiles, including Linear dimensional tolerance of cross section, angle tolerance of cross section, tolerances of fillet radius and corner radius as well as tolerances of curve clearance, flexibility, plane clearance, twist degree, shearing slant and length.
This standard is applicable to aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded profiles.

2 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard.
Circumscribing circle
The smallest circle to fully enclose the cross section of alloys, as shown in Figure 1.
