《GB/T 14850-2020气体分析 词汇》由TC206(全国气体标准化技术委员会)归口,TC206SC1(全国气体标准化技术委员会气体分析分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。

Introduction

Reconstruction of core terminology system

Chapters of the 2008 edition Revisions of the 2020 edition Main changes
General concepts Terms related to general concepts Delete 6 old terms, and add definitions of stability and content
Physical properties and laws Terms related to physical properties New phase terms such as bubble point and critical condensate pressure
Calibration gas Terms related to calibration gas Introduced the concept of key impurities classification, clarified the definition of raw gas

Analysis of key technical changes

New specifications for calibration gas

The standard subdivides calibration mixed gas into reference mixed gas (5.2) and conventional calibration gas (5.1), and clarifies that the former must have metrological traceability. A new definition of parent gas is added, requiring that key impurities (affecting use) and important impurities (uncertainty>>10%) be marked during preparation.

Implementation recommendations

  1. The laboratory should establish an impurity file for calibration gases and manage them according to the classification in accordance with clause 5.5.
  2. The gas analysis report should indicate the reference conditions (4.3) used. It is recommended to use standard conditions (101.325kPa, 273.15K) first.
  3. For critical point measurement, it is necessary to distinguish the critical condensation parameters of pure substances and mixed gases (4.9-4.10).

Metrology requirements

The standard integrates 21 metrological terms of ISO/IEC Guide99 (Appendix A), with special emphasis on:

  • Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) need to provide uncertainty statements (9.1)
  • Difference between verification and validation (9.2-9.4)
  • Added component verification procedure requirements (9.3)
