《GB/T 15180-2000重交通道路石油沥青》由513（中国石油化工集团公司）归口，主管部门为中国石油化工集团公司。
本标准规定了以石油为原料、经各种工艺生产的适用于修筑高等级道路的石油沥青的技术条件。本标准所属产品适用于修筑高等级道路，也适用于做为乳化沥青和改性沥青的原料。

Scope

This standard stipulates the technical conditions, packaging, labeling, storage, transportation and other requirements of petroleum asphalt produced by various processes, which is suitable for the construction of heavy traffic roads, using petroleum as raw material. The products covered by this standard are suitable for the construction of heavy traffic roads such as expressways, first-class highways, urban expressways, and trunk roads, as well as for other grades of highways, urban roads, airport pavements, etc., and as emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt and Raw material for modified asphalt.
