《GB/T 15332-1994热熔胶粘剂软化点的测定 环球法》由TC185(全国胶粘剂标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用环球法测定热熔胶粘剂软化点的试验仪器,试样制备及试验步骤。本标准适用于固态热熔胶粘剂软化点的测定。


1 Subject content and applicable scope

This standard specifies the test apparatus, sample preparation and test procedures for the determination of the softening point of hot-melt adhesives by ball and ring method.

This standard is applicable to the determination of softening point of solid hot-melt adhesives.

2 Principle

The steel ball with a certain mass is placed on the metal ring filled with the sample. Under the specified temperature rise condition, the steel ball enters the sample and falls from a certain height. When the steel ball contacts the bottom metal baffle, the temperature at this time is regarded as the softening point.
