Interpretation of the core content of the standard

GB/T 39289-2020 specifies a systematic test method for the bond strength of metal and plastic, covering 5 major categories of key performance indicators:

Technical breakthrough analysis

This standard innovatively introduces the vacuum sealing test method (Clause 5.5), and quantitatively evaluates the airtightness of the bonding interface through the pressure decay curve:

The vacuum degree of the test system is ≤1×10³Pa
Soft plastics need to be equipped with metal supports (Figure 3)
It is recommended to use vacuum sealing ester to enhance sealing

Differences with ISO19095

Although it was developed with reference to ISO19095:2015, there are 3 major differences:
