《GB/T 39289-2020胶粘剂粘接强度的测定 金属与塑料》由TC185(全国胶粘剂标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T 39289-2020 specifies a systematic test method for the bond strength of metal and plastic, covering 5 major categories of key performance indicators:
| Test type | Applicable standard | Characteristic parameter | Typical application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Butt strength | GB/T 33799 | Interface bonding force | Load-bearing connection of structural parts |
| Tensile shear strength | GB/T 7124 | Shear stress value | Moving parts bonding |
| Peel strength | GB/T 7122 | Peel force per unit width | Flexible composite materials |
Technical breakthrough analysis
This standard innovatively introduces the vacuum sealing test method (Clause 5.5), and quantitatively evaluates the airtightness of the bonding interface through the pressure decay curve:
- The vacuum degree of the test system is ≤1×10³Pa
- Soft plastics need to be equipped with metal supports (Figure 3)
- It is recommended to use vacuum sealing ester to enhance sealing
Differences with ISO19095
Although it was developed with reference to ISO19095:2015, there are 3 major differences:
- Added a sealing performance test chapter
- Detailed the specimen preparation process (Clause 5.5.5)
- Specified the special treatment method for soft plastics
Implementation suggestions
Testing laboratories should pay special attention to:
- State adjustment time ≥16h (GB/T 2918)
- Number of specimens per group ≥3
- Vacuum system needs to be calibrated regularly
