《GB/T 1545-2008纸、纸板和纸浆 水抽提液酸度或碱度的测定》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T 1545.1-2003《纸、纸板和纸浆水抽提液酸度或碱度的测定》、GB/T 1545.2-2003《纸、纸板和纸浆水抽提液ｐＨ 的测定》。
本标准规定了纸、纸板和纸浆水抽提液酸度或碱度的两个方法：滴定法和pH计法。
本标准的滴定法适用于一般纸、纸板和纸浆的酸度或碱度的测定，不适用于含有碱性填料或涂层的纸和纸板。pH计法适用于水抽提液电导率超过0.2mS/m的各种纸、纸板和纸浆。
本标准与GB/T 1545.1-2003、GB/T 1545.2-2003相比，主要变化如下：
―――将引用标准修改为规范性引用文件（1989年版的第2章；本版的第2章），增加引用的标准，并对其他相关措辞进行相应变动；
―――增加了定义要素（本版的第3章）；
―――增加了试剂的引导语及试样处理及水分的测定部分（本版的第5章和第7章）；
―――修改了试剂的内容，增加了注（本版的第5章）；
―――修改了试验步骤，增加了方法A、方法B（本版的第8章）；
―――增加了资料性附录“本标准与对应的ISO 6588:1986章条编号对照”（参见附录A）；
―――增加了资料性附录“本标准与ISO 6588:1986的技术性差异及其原因”（参见附录B）

Scope

This standard specifies two methods for the acidity or alkalinity of water extracts of paper, cardboard and pulp: the titration method and the pH meter method. The titration method in this standard is applicable to the determination of acidity or alkalinity of general paper, cardboard and pulp water extract, not applicable to paper and cardboard containing alkaline fillers or coatings. The pH meter method is suitable for all kinds of paper, cardboard and pulp with the conductivity of the water extraction liquid exceeding 0.2mS/m.
