《GB/T 16698-2008α粒子发射率的测量 大面积正比计数管法》由TC58(全国核能标准化技术委员会)归口,TC58SC2(全国核能标准化技术委员会辐射防护分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
标准规定了用大面积流气式2π多丝正比计数管绝对测量α粒子发射率的原理、装置、方法及数据处理等。适用于面积不大于170mm×130mm,且α粒子发射率在1×10s-1~1×104s-1(2πsr)范围的α平面源。本标准也可作为β粒子发射率测量的参考。本标准代替GB/T 16698-1996《α粒子发射率的测量 大面积正比计数管法》。本标准与GB/T 16698-1996相比主要变化如下:
a)将正比计数管规格尺寸由1996版标准的170mm×120mm 改为170mm×130mm;
b)删除1996版标准第4章中关于正比管、工作气体、前置放大器、高压电源、主放大器、单道脉冲分析器、死时间控制电路和定标器的要求内容;
c)将1996版标准5.3.1的f)项内容予以重新表述;
d)删除1996版标准附录C。


Scope

This standard specifies the principle, device, method and data processing of the absolute measurement of α-particle emission rate with a large-area flow-type 2π multi-wire proportional counter tube. This standard is applicable to the α-plane with an area not greater than 170mm×130mm, and the emission rate of α particles is in the range of 1×10s-1~1×104s-1~(2πsr) source. This standard can also be used as a reference for the measurement of beta particle emission rate.
