《GB/T 16749-2018压力容器波形膨胀节》由TC262(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC262SC2(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会固定式压力容器分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。


Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, classification and marking, materials, design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance, inspection rules, factory requirements, storage and installation of pressure vessel corrugated expansion joints (hereinafter referred to as corrugated expansion joints). 1.2 The pressure vessel corrugated expansion joints specified in this standard are applicable to: a) single-layer or multi-layer corrugated expansion joints for pressure vessels with unreinforced U-shaped, reinforced U-shaped or Ω-shaped, which bear internal or external pressure, and the bellows meet the requirements of 7.2.1. b) The design pressure is not more than 12 MPa. c) The design temperature applies to the following conditions: 1) The steel material does not exceed the allowable use temperature range of the materials listed in GB/T150.2-2011; 2) Other metal materials are determined according to the allowable use temperature of the materials listed in the corresponding reference standards. d) The nominal diameter is not more than 4000 mm. e) The product of the design pressure (MPa) and the nominal diameter ((mm)) is not more than 2.7×10^4. 1.3 Corrugated expansion joints beyond the range described in 1.2 can be manufactured in accordance with this standard. 1.4 This standard does not apply to the following corrugated expansion joints: a) corrugated expansion joints for direct flame heating; b) non-metallic corrugated expansion joints; corrugated expansion joints in nuclear power devices that have the risk of failure due to neutron radiation damage.
