《GB/T 17778-2005预混合饲料中d-生物素的测定》由TC76（全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用分光光度仪和高效液相色谱仪测定预混合饲料中小生物素含量的两种方法。本标准规定的方法1和方法2适用于小生物素含量大于1.0 mg/kg的复合预混合饲料、维生素预混合饲料的测定。提取液的浓度范围为2.0μg/mL～20．0μg/mL。
Scope
This standard specifies two methods for the determination of d-biotin content in premixed feed by spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatography. Method 1 and method 2 specified in this standard are applicable to the determination of compound premixed feed and vitamin premixed feed with d-biotin content greater than 1.0mg/kg. The concentration range of the extract is 2.0μg/mL ~ 20.0μg/mL .
