Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of acidic and neutral protease activities of feed additives. This standard is applicable to the determination of enzyme activity in feed additive acidity and neutral protease products, and the determination of neutral protease activity in compound enzyme products. The quantitative limit of this standard is 500U/g (U/mL).
