Definition and Structure Solid wood plywood or veneer is used as the top layer, and the core layer or bottom layer is solid wood plywood or plywood. Solid wood composite flooring with saw marks, brushed and other concave and convex surfaces. Solid wood composite flooring suitable for floor heating environment must meet the floor heating performance requirements.
Appearance quality The maximum single long diameter of the front superior dead knot is ≤2mm, and the back is ≤50mm. Meet the relevant provisions of LY/T1859. Must meet the floor heating performance requirements of GB/T41547-2022.
Physical and chemical properties Moisture content ≤ the equilibrium moisture content of the wood used, and the formaldehyde emission complies with GB18580. Locking force ≥2.5N/mm, TVOC ≤ the value agreed by the supply and demand parties. The average value of static bending strength ≥ the requirements of the standard, and the formaldehyde emission meets the requirements of floor heating.

For floor heating environments, special solid wood composite flooring for floor heating is preferred, and non-flat floors are suitable for scenes with high decoration requirements.

Quality inspection:Manufacturers should strictly conduct factory inspections in accordance with standard requirements, focusing on appearance quality, dimensional deviation and physical and chemical performance indicators. It is recommended to regularly check key parameters such as locking force and TVOC.

3. Packaging and labeling:Mark product information in strict accordance with standard requirements, including manufacturer name, product category, formaldehyde emission level, etc. Ensure that the packaging is clear and complete for easy identification by consumers.

4. Storage and transportation:Avoid moisture, rain and exposure, and stack according to specifications and grades. Anti-collision measures should be taken during transportation to ensure that product quality is not damaged.

5. Future technological evolution: With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, it is recommended to pay attention to new gluing technologies and VOC control methods. At the same time, explore digital detection methods to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.
