《GB/T 18109-2000冻海水鱼》由TC156（全国水产标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了冻海水鱼的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标签、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于经冷冻加工的整条海水鱼和剖割过的海水鱼，不包括经过进一步加工的冻鱼片等产品。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of frozen seawater fish. This standard is applicable to frozen processed whole marine fish and cut marine fish, excluding products such as frozen fish fillets that have undergone further processing.
