本标准规定了双目望远镜出厂检验、型式检验时的试验工具及设备、试验方法、检验规则等通用要求。本标准适用于双目望远镜的制造和验收，单筒望远镜也可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for the test tools and equipment, test methods, test rules, etc. for binocular field inspection and type inspection. This standard applies to the manufacture and acceptance of binoculars, and monoculars can also be used as a reference.
