《GB/T 18371-2008连续玻璃纤维纱》由TC245（全国玻璃纤维标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了连续玻璃纤维纱的定义、代号、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。 本标准适用于单纤维直径不大于13um、线密度小于600tex、有捻连续的单股纱和并股纱。不适用于无捻粗纱、定长纤维和变形纱。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１８３７１－２００１《连续玻璃纤维纱》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１８３７１－２００１相比主要变化如下：
―――将连续玻璃纤维纱分为工业级纱和电子级纱，并分别提出要求；
―――增加了附录Ａ“连续玻璃纤维纱硬挺度试验方法”。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and code, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of continuous glass fiber yarn. This standard is applicable to single-ply yarn and double-ply yarn with single fiber diameter not greater than 13μm, linear density less than 600tex, twisted and continuous. Not suitable for roving, staple and textured yarns.
