《GB/T 18508-2001城镇土地估价规程》由TC93（全国自然资源与国土空间规划标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为自然资源部(国土)。
本规程规定了我国城镇土地估价的范围、引用标准、总则、估价原则及价格影响因素、基本估价方法、基准地价评估方法、宗地地价评估方法、主要用途及其他权利的土地价格评估方法。本标准适用于城镇、独立工矿区及开发区范围内的建设用地“基准地价”和“宗地地价”评估。

Scope

This regulation stipulates the scope of my country's urban land valuation, reference standards, general principles, valuation principles and price influencing factors, basic valuation methods, benchmark land price valuation methods, parcel land price valuation methods, land price valuation methods for main uses and other rights. This regulation is applicable to the evaluation of "base land price" and "parcel land price" of construction land within the scope of towns, independent industrial and mining areas and development zones. Land price evaluation of rural construction land can also refer to this regulation.
