《GB/T 18508-2014城镇土地估价规程》由TC93（全国自然资源与国土空间规划标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为自然资源部(国土)。
本标准规定了我国城镇土地估价的术语和定义、总则、价格影响因素、主要估价方法、基准地价评估、宗地地价评估程序、不同用途土地价格评估、不同权利状态下土地价格评估。
本标准适用于城镇、独立工矿区范围内的建设用地“基准地价”和“宗地地价”评估。
农村建设用地地价评估可参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, price influencing factors, main valuation methods, benchmark land price assessment, parcel land price assessment procedures, land price assessment for different uses, and land price assessment under different rights status in my country's urban land valuation. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of "base land price" and "parcel land price" of construction land within the scope of towns and independent industrial and mining areas. The land price assessment of rural construction land can refer to this standard.
