《GB/T 18507-2014城镇土地分等定级规程》由TC93（全国自然资源与国土空间规划标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为自然资源部(国土)。
本标准规定了我国城镇土地分等定级的术语和定义、技术途径及程序、因素选择、资料调查与整理、因素分值计算、等和级的划分及评定、图件编制、成果的整理及验收、成果的更新及应用等。
本标准适用于在我国城市、县城镇开展的土地分等和在我国所有城镇开展的土地定级工作。独立工矿区、集体建设用地等的土地定级可参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical approaches and procedures, factor selection, data investigation and collation, factor score calculation, grade and grade division and evaluation, map compilation, result collation and Acceptance, update and application of results, etc. This standard is applicable to the land classification carried out in cities, counties and towns in my country and the land classification work carried out in all cities and towns in my country. The land grading of independent industrial and mining areas and collective construction land can refer to this standard.
