《GB/T 18507-2001城镇土地分等定级规程》由TC93（全国自然资源与国土空间规划标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为自然资源部(国土)。
本标准规定了我国城镇土地分等定级的工作内容及适用范围、技术途径及程序、因素选择、资料调查与整理、因素分值计算、等和级的划分及评定、图件编制、成果的整理及验收、成果的更新及应用等。本标准适用于在我国城市、县城镇开展的土地分等和在我国所有城镇开展的土地定级工作。县城以下建制镇的土地分等以及独立工矿区、开发区等的土地定级可参照本标准执行。
