本标准规定了沉淀物和原油中生物标志物气相色谱-质谱分析鉴定方法中的样品制备、分析程序和质量要求,提供质量色谱图和参数值计算的依据。本标准适用于沉积物和原油中甾烷、萜烷等生物标志物的常规分析鉴定。


Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation, analysis procedures and quality requirements in the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis and identification methods of biomarkers in sediments and crude oil, and provides the basis for the calculation of mass chromatograms and parameter values. This standard applies to the routine analysis and identification of biomarkers such as steranes and terpenes in sediments and crude oil.
