Implementation Suggestions

Operational precautions:

  • During tuning, ensure that the peak height of m/z 69 is 100% and the peak height of m/z 219 is 40-80%
  • For aromatic analysis, a 3℃/min gradient temperature increase is recommended
  • For highly mature samples, focus on the sterane 20S/20R separation
