本标准规定了评估风能资源应收集的气象数据、测风数据的处理及主要参数的计算方法、风功率密度的分级、评估风能资源的参考判据、风能资源评估报告的内容和格式。本标准适用于风电场风能资源评估。

Scope

This standard specifies the meteorological data to be collected for wind energy resource assessment, the processing of wind measurement data and the calculation method of main parameters, the classification of wind power density, the reference criteria for wind energy resource assessment, and the content and format of wind energy resource assessment report. This standard applies to wind energy resource assessment for wind farms.
