本标准规定了蜂蜜的定义及其被从巢脾中分离出来后的品质、包装、标志、贮存、运输等技术要求。本标准适用于东方蜜蜂、西方蜜蜂及其杂交蜂种所采集酿造的蜂蜜。本标准不适用于蜜蜂在巢脾内，连同巢脾一起出售的蜂蜜。
Scope
This standard stipulates the definition of honey and its quality after being separated from pear spleen, technical requirements for packaging, marking, storage and transportation, etc. This standard applies to the honey collected and brewed from Apis mellifera, Apis mellifera and its hybrid species. This standard does not apply to honey sealed in combs and sold together with combs.
