《GB/T 19140-2003水泥X射线荧光分析通则》由TC184(全国水泥标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了X射线荧光分析水泥中化学成分的通则。本标准适用于采用X射线荧光光谱仪及其他以测量素特征X射线为基础的分析仪器对水泥中化学成分进行测定;采用上述仪器对水泥生料、熟料及原料、燃料中的化学成分进行测定时,可参照本标准进行。


Scope

This standard specifies the general rules for X-ray fluorescence analysis of chemical composition in cement. This standard is applicable to the determination of chemical components in cement by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and other analytical instruments based on the characteristic X-ray measurement of elements; the determination of chemical components in cement raw materials, clinker, raw materials and fuels by using the above instruments , it can refer to this standard.
