本标准规定了传染性囊病病毒的病原分离、抗原的检测和检测特异性抗体的琼脂凝胶免疫扩散试验、病毒血清微量中和试验、酶联免疫吸附试验的技术要求。本标准适用于传染性囊病的诊断与检疫。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for pathogen isolation of infectious bursal disease virus, antigen detection and agar gel immunodiffusion test for detection of specific antibodies, virus serum microneutralization test, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. This standard applies to the diagnosis and quarantine of infectious bursal disease.
