本标准规定了钻井和采油提升设备的设计、制造和试验方法。本标准适用于下列钻井和采油提升设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the design, manufacture and test methods of drilling and oil production lifting equipment. This standard applies to the following drilling and oil production hoisting equipment: a) Hoisting pulley; b) Touring block and hook of traveling block; c) Connecting parts of traveling block and hook; d) Connecting parts and lifting ring lugs; e) Hook f) Tubing and sucker rod hooks; g) Lifting rings; h) Casing, tubing, drill pipe and drill collar elevators; i) Sucker rod elevators; ; 1) power swivel; m) power nipple; n) chuck (when it can be used as an elevator); o) dead line fixer; p) drill string motion compensator; q) kelly used as lifting equipment Spinners; r) pressure vessels and pipelines installed on lifting equipment; s) safety slips (usable when lifting equipment); t) guide trolleys. This standard establishes two product specification level requirements (PSLs). The two PSL codes indicate different levels of technical requirements. All requirements in Chapter 4 to Chapter 11 of this standard, except those specifically designated as PSL2, are applicable to PSL1. PSL2 includes all requirements of PSL1 and supplementary practices of this standard. Supplementary requirements apply only to those specified (see Appendix A).
