《GB/T 19208-2008硫化橡胶粉》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了由各种回收硫化橡胶制取的硫化橡胶粉的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和包装、标志、贮存和运输的要求。
本标准适用于由各种硫化橡胶为原料，采用符合国家循环经济要求工艺制造的不同粒径的硫化橡胶粉。

Scope

This standard applies to vulcanized rubber powders of different particle sizes manufactured from various vulcanized rubbers and using processes that meet the requirements of the national circular economy.
