Particle size control requirements
The standard adopts dual sieve system control: zero sieve hole particle size (such as 2000μm) requires 100% passing, and the corresponding sieve hole particle size (such as 850μm) allows ≤10% sieve residue. Take 30-mesh rubber powder as an example:
- Zero sieve hole: 100% must pass through the 2360μm (8-mesh) sieve
- Main sieve hole: 850μm (20-mesh) sieve residue ≤10%
Innovation in the control of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
A new Appendix A specifies the GC-MS detection method, and implements three-level control of 18 PAHs such as benzo[a]pyrene:

Activation energy determination technology
New ISO 11358-2:2014 method to distinguish the energy characteristics of different pulverization processes:
- Room temperature pulverization: E1≥1500 kJ/mol
- Solution crushing: E2≥2200 kJ/mol
- Water jet crushing: E3≥3300 kJ/mol
This index can predict the reactivity of rubber powder during the regeneration process and guide the formulation design.

- Detection optimization: Equipped with GC-MS and thermogravimetric analyzer
