《GB/T 19346-2003非晶纳米晶软磁合金交流磁性能测试方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC10(全国钢标准化技术委员会特殊合金分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了非晶纳米晶软磁合金的交流磁性能测量原理及两种测试方法――伏安相量法和计算机采样伏安法。本标准适用于测试各种变压器、电感以及传感器等铁芯以及磁屏蔽用的非晶纳米晶软磁合金在50Hz~1MHz频率范围内的相对弹性磁导率、相对粘性磁导率、相对幅值磁导率、相对电感磁导率、比铁损、激磁功率和品质因数等交流磁特性。


Scope

This standard specifies the measurement principle and two test methods of AC magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys - voltammetric phasor method and computer sampling voltammetric method. This standard is suitable for testing the relative elastic permeability, relative viscous permeability and relative amplitude of iron cores of various transformers, inductors and sensors, as well as amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys for magnetic shielding in the frequency range of 50Hz to 1MHz. Magnetic permeability, relative inductance permeability, specific iron loss, excitation power and quality factor and other AC magnetic properties.
