《GB/T 19350-2003金属和其他无机覆盖层 为减少氢脆危险的涂覆后钢铁的处理》由TC57（全国金属与非金属覆盖层标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了减少表面精饰过程中可能出现的氢脆敏感或敏感性程度的方法。本标准规定的热处理工序能有效地减少氢脆敏感性。这些热处理工序在表面精饰之后，但在任何二次转化膜工序之前进行。在加工过程之后但在表面精饰之前使用的消除应力热处理工序在GB/T 19349中作了规定。
Scope
This standard specifies methods for reducing the susceptibility or degree of susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement that may occur during surface finishing. . The heat treatment process specified in this standard can effectively reduce the susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement. These heat treatment steps are performed after surface finishing, but before any secondary conversion coating steps. The stress relief heat treatment procedure used after the machining process but before surface finishing is specified in GB/T 19349. This standard does not apply to fasteners. NOTE: Heat treatment does not guarantee complete elimination of the harmful effects of hydrogen peroxide.
